Collect Your Second Part of Handout in the Next Class

You should have by now collected the first part of the handout, which is upto and include the Shong Shen exercise. If you have not collected it, please inform your course instructor.

The second part of the handout, consisting of Section 1, Section2 and Section 3 of the course, is now ready for distribution. Please collect this part of the handout from your course instructor in the next class.

No Class on Monday, 19 May 2008

Please note that next Monday 19 May 2008 is Wesak day, a publish holiday. There will be no class on this day. Loss classes shall be made up towards the end of the course or at other times convenience to the majority.

Taiji Crash Course- Overwhelming Responses

The crash course has started as schedule with 16 turn out on the first day. More people turned out in the subsequent classes, and as of last Monday, the class has registered the 20th students!

The class has finished with the 5-steps Song Shen exerciser and is now entering the first section of the Short-form Taiji training. As of yesterday, the students have already learned the first three step of the Short-form Taiji. Generally, the course has progressed very well with an average turn out of the students is around 80%-90%.

We have distributed the first set of the handout (upto and including Shong Shen) to the students. Those have not gotten a copy of this handout, kindly inform the course instructor.

Reminder- Taiji Crash Course Starts on 5 May 08

Please be remindered that the 37 Form Taiji Crash Course will start on next Monday, 5 May 2008. The time is between 6pm and 7pm, that is right after work!

Those of you intend to come straight from work, remember to bring along your sport gear to the office:
1. A pair of long pants
2. A T-shirt
3. Taiji shoes and perhaps
4. A little sweat tower

There is a changing room at the Taiji center, where you can change from your office ware to the exercise ware. You may want to bright along a little bottle of plan water to crench you thirst after the exercise.

Please bare in mind you might have to bit the rush hour traffic. Allow yourselves 30min to travel from either Petra Jaya or Simpang areas to the Taiji Center. So, you have to leave your office latest by 5:30pm so that you could get there in time.

Here you are, the moment that you have been waiting for is here. Happy exercise and wish you best of health.

Announcement 28/4/2008

The enrollment to the Taiji Crash Course has been encouraging and the class is nearly full!

Please mark in your calendar the starting date of the Taiji Course ie
Monday 5 May 2008. The classes will be held twice a week on Monday and
Thursday between 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Since this course is designed for the working professionals, there will be no classes on public holidays. The almanac has shown that the following days have been gazetted as public holidays:
1. Mon 19/5/08- Wesak
2. Mon 2/6/08-Gawai

The missing classes will be made up on working days in between the scheduled classes or towards the end of the course depending on the convenience of the lot.

Crash Course- Short-form 37 Style Taiji in May 08

The Taiji Association is going to open a class to cater for working professionals. You and your friends are cordially invited to participate and benefit from Taiji. Detail of the program is as seen below:

. Start Date: May 08
. Class per week: Two, Mon and Thur
. Time: 6:00-7:00pm. This time slot is chosen such that one could come to the class straight from office after work.
. Duration: 3 months
