How are we different from the others ?

We teach Taiji Quan (太極拳 ) here, with focus on the fundamental of Taiji (太極 ) forms/movements. Compare to other Taiji that are widely practiced by many social groupings in town, such as 18-styles taiji (太極十八式), we focus on details of each forms and make sure you benefit more from the stretching, twisting and balancing in the exercise.

In addition, we also teach self
-defence techniques as a bonus, which could enable you to protect yourself and your loved ones. Of course to us, training in Taiji will not consider complete without working on Qi (). We emphasis the training on the flow and redirection of Qi (運氣).
