What do you learn in the Taiji Crash course?

In this crash course we teach you these:

a) 5-step warm up exercise

b) Short form, 37 form Taiji Quan

After 3 months, you should be able to continue the execise on your own at home etc. Of course, you are encouraged to join the Association to learn other exercises. Other exercises that are taught in the Association include:

. Taiji Staff

. Taiji Sword

. Taiji Fan

. Taiji push-hand

. Nei Wai Dang Gong- Qi Gong etc.
