Why is there a Crash Course on Taiji ?

At the Taiji Association, we realise the typical dilemma of the working professionals, where many could not spare the time required to attend long-term training on Taiji, which could last for years.
We therefore come out with this condensed, crash course, which could be completed in
24 classes in 3 months time. Our hopes are that those attended the crash course would learn a set of exercise that they could continue to practice at their convenience time and venue. At the same time, they could also pick up some self-defence skills.

For example, I am glad that I took up Taiji about 10 years ago for about two years. Now that I cannot find time to attend the regular classes in the evening, but I could practice Taiji in the morning instead. After sending my kids to the school and before come to work, I would spend about 30 min to work on Taiji. In fact there was a period of time when I was teaching part-time an undergraduate engineering class in the evening, I had no choice but to practice Taiji after knocking off at about 10pm! Now, when I travel I would maintain the same work out schedule in the park where I put up or inside the hotel room.

It is best that one could find time to complete this 3-month crash course and pick up the Taiji fundamentals so that he/she could later work out an exercise program that would work.
